Hello and welcome to my page! I was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico and lived there until I was twelve. I've lived in various cities in Florida ever since. I love most genres of books but my favorites are definitely fantasy, sci-fi, dystopian, horror, & romance.

So you want to know where I got the idea for The Queen's Red Guard? It was May 2019, Game of Thrones finishes airing and I was so upset specifically by the callous treatment of a lot of the character's development. I thought... I'm going to do this my way. I started drafting Queen & Conqueror, the first scene I wrote was the first dinner Alton and Almira have and from there it bloomed into this massive world!

This was not the first time I wrote a book in a frenzy. I literally have a shelf of unpublished manuscripts fitting in varying genres; apocalyptic romance, historical, vampires, urban fantasy... this was not a new thing for me. The difference is that after writing for 20+ years I suddenly felt my writing was 'good enough'. When I finished Queen and Conqueror, 29 days later, I sat with it for a while and then began drafting Lady of Istok in August of 2019. I finished it 31 days later. I placed the manuscripts on my shelf, like I'd done with the rest of my books until my friends convinced me to publish them. And here I am today! Queen and Conqueror is my 18th manuscript and finally the one I felt was good enough to share with the world.
